Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to the copyright agent identified above:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

If a counter-notice is received by our copyright agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, within a specified time period following receipt of the counter-notice.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or add to this policy, and all affected persons should regularly check back to stay current on any such changes.
False Claims
Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material located on or linked to by the Service infringes your copyright, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.
